Throughout my life I kept thinking, “When I grow up I want to be an artist.”
The reality to this thinking is NOW.
As a retired educator from southern California, I am pleased and passionate to engage in the media of watercolor and oil painting. Though I was previously immersed in public school instruction, I did have the opportunity to incorporate inspiration in the visual arts for both children and adults.
I reside in northern California with my husband, 2 dogs, and 6 alpacas. My move to the magical, peaceful environment of Mt. Shasta has led to the creation of the beauty I frequently view and represent in my watercolor and oil paintings.
